Porting to Qt5

As I announced back in September. The roadmap for openmolar was to move to qt5 once the move to python3 was complete
The reason for this is that Qt4 has reached end-of-life .
I am happy to announce that the move to qt5 is nearly complete. I have been running a trial build in my own surgery for the last week.
Expect a release (version 0.8) before the end of April 2016.
