The move to python3 and qt5 was a potential hurdle for windows users.

The major issue being the lack of binaries for the python-mysqlclient which are python3 compatible.

Anyway, I am pleased to confirm that I have been successful in getting this running. I intend to release a windows installer (*.msi) build of openmolar once the 0.8 series is stable.
